Bank South Pacific customers in Makira Province Ulawa Province have expressed grave concerns over poor BSP Bank agency services in Kirakira.

School Teacher Mr John Muri from West Bauro said the unreliable service during working hours has adversely affected customers traveling in from remote parts of the province.

Mr Muri adds, the inconsistent service also impacts negatively on families.

“It has affected our families, especially when leaving home for a day only to travel and get our pay. Sometimes the family expects us back home with food but how can that be when we are unable to get money from the bank agent?”, he said.

Mr Muri claims, more than 4 thousand customers are affected.

He urges the BSP management to improve services to Kirakira customers.
