The Solomon Islands Party for Rural Advancement (SIPRA) has launched its policy manifesto this afternoon in Honiara.
In its manifesto, SIPRA says it aims to empower all Solomon Islanders in six major development areas.
Speaking during the launching, Party President, the Caretaker Prime Minister Gordon Darcy Lilo said the manifesto contains strategies to ensure that peoples voices are heard.
He said the policies will be implemented for the next four years to change people’s lives.
“Our manifesto contains polices and strategies that we are taking to the people to confirm to them that we have listen to their wishes and our promise that these are polices that SIPRA will implement to change their lives for the better especially in the next four years.”
The Caretaker Prime Minister also announced SIPRA will contest twenty-six constituencies throughout the country in this year’s election.
