The Honiara City Council hopes to achieve some of its priority areas within the next 100 days.

In an interview with SIBC News this afternoon, Honiara City Mayor Alfrence Fatai says his executive has already approved efforts to achieve its100 days priority.

He has appointed his executive who will ensure the plan is achieved within the given time frame.

“I am taking the Council’s priorities for my team so that we can achieve a 100 days program. First of all for this 100 days program we are focussing mainly on putting this house in order first. We would like to put this house in order before we can work and already I have my standing committees and my chairmen appointed and that is now in the process for gazetting. There are priorities that we would like to achieve within the 100 days program.”
