Public Servants and other senior figures in State Owned Enterprises in possession of postpaid mobile phones owned by their employers have been advised against using the phones to enter the “Text Fishing Competition” currently organized by an overseas firm using Our Telekom service.

A concerned James Razamana says the bills for the phones are paid for by the state and are to be used purely for official communication.

Mr Razamana further explains, they are not meant to be used for any other purpose either by the custodian or any of his family members or friends.

He cautions the Government to get a list of those who have entered the competition so far to see if any post paid phone owned by the
state has been used to enter the competition.
