Public Servants in the Solomon Islands will never be the same again, once they know why they are placed in their respective workplaces.

Pastor Elison Bako of the Solomon Islands Full Gospel Association (SIFGA) told hundreds of Public Servants who attended the Public Service fellowship at the Maranatha Hall in Honiara yesterday.

In his sermon yesterday, Pastor Bako said Solomon Island will never be the same once all public servants realise who placed them in their workplaces.

“Solomon Islands will never be the same, our public servants will never be the same, work people will never be the same because I believe there is a dawning of a new day where our people will come to the place of realization that Solomon Islands will either fall or stand on the basis of what we do in our workplaces, but if we take back the ability to be proud of ourselves that in the workplace is where not only our government placed us in, not only our company placed us in, not only who employed us placed us in but it’s God Almighty that has placed us in that workplace, in that garden to express his rules, his authority, his power.”

He said he believes Solomon Islands will rise again, once everyone can realise the importance of their work.
