The Solomon Islands Chamber of Commerce will begin its inaugural provincial ‘After 5’ Business forum in Western Province next week.
The Chamber team will visit the SolTuna cannery and Trimarine processing facility in Noro, and will also visit other business houses in Noro, Gizo, Munda and KFPL in Kolombangara.
A statement says the provincial visit will mark a historical new level of outreach for the Chamber, and the event will become a platform for the Chamber to formally launch its national outreach program to business communities outside Honiara.
Chief Executive Officer Jerry Tengemoana and his Board Chairman Tony Koraua are among the team to visit the Western Province.
Western Province Premier Robert Pye Kuve is also among the prospective speakers and guests who will attend the event.
