The ‘Solomon For Fiji’ Nation-wide Appeal is boosted with further donations from the Solomon Islands Ports Authority (SIPA) Board.

A government statement says Prime Minister and Patron of the ‘SOLOFORFIJI’ National Appeal drive Hon Manasseh Sogavare received the donations yesterday afternoon.

Solomon Islands Ports Authority Board Chairman Billy Titiulu presented a cheque of SBD$100,000 towards the appeal to support Fiji’s rebuilding effort after Cyclone Winston’s devastation.

Handing over the donation to the fundraising patron, Manasseh Sogavare, SIPA Board Chairman Mr. Titiulu says the state-owned enterprise is happy to be part of the national appeal.
