The Solomon Islands Table Tennis Federation (SITTF) and Solomon Islands National Paralympic Committee (SINPC) acknowledged the Ministry of Home Affairs for giving meaning to this year’s World Table Tennis Day.

World Table Tennis Day team leader, Elwin Taloimatakwa reports, Deputy Prime Minister and Home Affairs Minister, Honorable Manasseh Maelanga handed over table tennis equipment to the Solomon Islands Table Tennis President Mr. Aldrin Bekala.

Handing over the equipment, Hon. Maelanga says the Democratic Coalition for Change Government aspires to support tennis development.

The Solomon Islands National Paralympic Committee as the registered host for organizing the World Table Tennis Day Event 2016 in Solomon Islands acknowledge the Ministry of Home Affairs for the donation.

World Table Tennis day falls on the 6th of April.
