
ACOMSIC games ready to kick off

Pools for the 2025 Association of the Church of Melanesia Schools, Institutions, and Communities (ACOMSIC) Games Junior Netball, futsal, volleyball and football competition are set.
The 2025 edition of the ACOMSIC Games returns on 16 until 21 June in Honiara.
Six schools are confirmed to compete for the titles.
Games that will be played this year include, futsal, netball, football, Volleyball and athletics.
Netball teams are grouped into pool A and with Pool A consisting of Selwyn College, Taroniara Community High School and Bishop Norman Palmer School while Pool B consists of St Nicholas College, St Francis Vaturanga and Kolobaubau Community High School.

For Futsal Norman Palmer, Selwyn College and St Francis Vaturanga are pooled in Group A while Group B consist of St Nicholas, Kolobaubau Community High School and Taroniara Community High Schools.
For Volleyball Norman Palmer, Sewyn College and Taroniara Community High Schools are in Group A while St Nicholas College, St Francis Vaturanga and Kolobaubau Community High School are grouped in Group B.
For Soka, Pool A consists of Selwyn College, Norman Palmer, Taroniara CHS while in Pool B St Franics Vaturanga, Kolobaubau Community High School and St Nicholas.
For this year’s ACOMSIC Games Modern King and Queen Beauty Pageant show themes, Selwyn College will focus on climate change and natural disaster, St Nicholas College on social issues drugs, Bishop Norman Palmer School on education, Taroniara Community High School on culture and identity, St Francis Vaturanga on environment and Saints of Melanesia Kolobaubau Community High School on education.
