Principal Chief Harry Haihanasi Arufaegwao of Bina Talifu Land and Bina Harbour has appreciated the Democratic for Change Coalition Government (DCCG) for publicly launching its Policy Framework this week.

Chief Arufaegwao says as one of the principal owners of Bina Talifu Land and Bina Harbour, he wishes to join other resource owners in the country to thank the DCCG for fulfilling its 50 days change in the office in its policy document launching.

Meanwhile, Chief Arufaegwao invites all tribes claiming ownership of Bina Talifu Land and Bina Harbour to file a case with the local court to determine the true ownership of both lands.

Chief Arufaegwao explains this is important as any customary land ownership should be first determined by local court chiefs and clerks prior to any other developments.

He calls on all concerned parties to prioritise the Bina Harbour project as it is an international gateway to the country.
