The Central Islands Provincial Premier, Selwyn Mapuli said his executive is in the process of formulating its policy statement for
the next two years.

Premier Mapuli says his government has adopted a policy statement from the previous government for 2012-2016.

He said his government sets out priority developments which are yet to be achieved at the top of its development plans.

“We will leave that to the various divisions to achieve what they are still to achieve within the next two years before 2016 where the policy statement lapses, then we might create another one from 2016 to 2018 where elections will happen.”
