GOVERNMENT CONGRATULATED FOR SPEAKER’S POST

Former Deputy Premier for Rennell and Bellona who is re-elected for his third term in the recent Rennell and Bellona Provincial Election, Kusol Tepuke has congratulated the Sogavare-led Government for the election of Mr Ajilon Jasper Nasiu as Speaker of the National Parliament.
Mr Tepuke told SIBC News the people of Rennell and Bellona are really happy with the election of the Speaker of Parliament who originates from their province.
He says the people of Rennell and Bellona thank the Sogavare-led Government for Mr Nasiu’s post as the Speaker of Parliament, adding it is history in the making for their province.
Mr Tepuke also assured the Prime Minister and his government that Rennell and Bellona Province will work together with the Democratic Coalition for Change Government.
