WE HAVE EXPANDED PEAK LISTENING TIME BEYOND THE PREVIOUS 6 TO 8 AM AND 6 TO 8 PM.

 WE NOW HAVE A SOLID LISTENERSHIP THROUGHOUT THE DAY TILL EVENING BECAUSE

• we merged the FM service with the national (AM and SW ) service from 9 am to 4pm so that many more thousands of younger people in the provinces can enjoy the same sounds and services previously enjoyed only by people living close to Honiara.
• we now have a very good shortwave frequency 9545 Khz radiating from 9 am to 4pm every day. This is a daytime transmitter that reaches the whole length of SI during daylight hours. For morning and nights, people far from Honiara hear us quite well on 5020 Khz. This is complemented by our 1035 Khz medium wave frequency.

 WE HAVE RE-ORGANISED HOW WE DO THINGS BY

• having a Commissioning Committee design and approve all commercials and sponsored programs to assure top quality productions for clients and a variety of voices and
• having a Customer Services Officer to keep in touch with clients and ensure they are well served.

 WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR NEW AND CREATIVE PROGRAMS TO PROPOSE FOR SPONSORSHIP. OUR SALESMEN WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH YOU ABOUT THESE AND YOU CAN HEAR THEM PROMOTED ‘ON AIR’. SOME NEWLY CREATED PROGRAMS ARE READY FOR BROADCAST IN JANUARY
