The Ministry of Communication and Aviation (MCA) launched a second telecenter pilot project at Choiseul Bay Provincial Secondary School in Choiseul Province yesterday.
Hosted at the school’s computer lab, the telecenter provides an internet hub and facility equipped with digital communication tools.
The internet hub is advancing the government’s policy on digital transformation across the country.

In his keynote remarks, MCA Deputy Director of Digital Transformation Mr. Rueben Ziru described the telecenter as a bridge of opportunities.
“The Choiseul Bay Provincial Secondary School Innovation Hub is more than just a building. It is a community resource, a bridge to opportunities, and a foundation for innovation,” he said.
