POLICE INVESTIGATES ACCIDENT IN NORO

Police are investigating one of its senior Officers who hit a boy with his private vehicle in Noro last Friday.

The Police Media Unit reports, the officer and his family were all traveling in the vehicle at the time of the accident.

It adds the boy is in a stable condition and is receiving medical treatment at Goldie Hospital.

SIBC news has been informed, talks are now being held between chiefs and responsible authorities to settle a compensation claim from the boy’s relatives.
