A Professor from the University of Idaho, United States, Dr. Luke Harmon has returned to Sir Dudley Tuti College in Kamaosi, Isabel Province, marking a significant homecoming.
Harmon, a former Peace Corps volunteer, taught science at the college in 1999. His return comes after more than twenty years since his initial service in the province.
