
New HOPE Academy ready to welcome form 4 in 2026

New Hope Academy school today, officially opened its new classrooms building in Honiara.
Students, parents, officials from the Ministry of Education, the Family Federation for World Peace and Unity Church including Heavenly Asia Pacific witnessed the historic milestone.
School Principal for Secondary, Joseph Teamana said the newly built classrooms are more than just bricks and mortars, as it represents hope, progress and opportunity for generations to come.
“On behalf of the New Hope Academy school family, I extend our heartfelt thanks to all those who made this dream a reality.
“This classroom building is not just a structure of bricks and mortar. It is a symbol of hope, progress and opportunity for generations to come,” Mr Teamana said.
This year, New Hope Academy offers classes for Kindergarten, Primary and Junior Secondary levels Forms 1 to 3.

With the opening of the new classrooms building , the school will now cater senior secondary levels Forms 4 and 5 in 2026, as the school administration and board plan further to add Form 6 and Form 7 classes in the future.
“To our generous donor, Holy Mother Han, your contributions have not only funded this classroom building but also invested in the future of our children.
“We are deeply grateful for your belief in the vision and mission of New Hope Academy,” the Principal said.
“To our construction team, thank you for your hard work in bringing this project to life.

“To our leaders of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unity, School Board and school leaders, your vision and tireless dedication have steered us through every challenge.
“This building stands as a testament to your steady determination.
“To the parents and guardians, thank you for your trust, patience and continued involvement in our journey. Your support uplifts us every day.
“Finally, to our students. This classroom building is for you. May it inspire curiosity, nature, dreams and become a place where knowledge and good character grow.
“As we open these doors, let us also open our hearts and minds to the bright future that lies ahead,” Mr Teamana added.
