Bita’ama Community High School in North Malaita has successfully formulated and completed its historical school constitution.
School Principal Henry Bare confirmed to SIBC News this resulted from a collective effort by the school authority, Malaita Education Authority including parents and students.
Mr Bare said it is a great achievement for the school.
“So far this year 2015 we are so happy that stakeholders, parents, students and even education authority helped us to formulate the first school policy and also a constitution to safeguard all school operations, including the school board, the executive and also the student council and this is one of our biggest achievements for this year and we’re so happy that we’ve completed relevant documents of these developments.”
SIBC News understands the school will organise its 2015 graduation ceremony early next month.
