AUSTRALIA & SOLOMONS BUSINESS RELATIONS ‘VERY GOOD’

Solomon Islands business relationship with Australia has been dubbed ‘very good’.

According to the member  of the Executive Committee of the Australia Pacific Islands Business Council, Stephen Taylor,  Solomon Islands and Australia’s relationship in terms of business is very strong.

In an interview with SIBC News recently in Brisbane, Australia, Mr Taylor said the relationship is very good.

He adds, the Australian Pacific Islands Business Council has close ties with and is a regular communication partner with the Solomon Islands Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

“The business council also has close ties in regular communication with the Solomon Islands Chamber of Commerce and Industry and we, the council and Chamber share a number of common objectives in terms of building the business in Solomon Islands. So that’s why the relationship is strong. There’s a number of Australian business council members who have branches and operations in Solomon Islands.”
