Prime Minister Sogavare adds government needs six budgetary allocations of its annual budget to finance them to
to settle all the outstanding issues of the ethnic crisis.

Meanwhile, member of parliament for North Malaita, Jimmy Lusibaea, says the government is responsible for addressing outstanding issues of the armed conflict between the people of Guadalcanal and Malaita provinces.
