FIJI WAY AHEAD OF SOLOMON ISLANDS: PM SOGAVARE

Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare says Fiji is way ahead in terms of media set up and technology which countries like Solomon Islands can learn from.

The Prime Minister said this during his special visit to the Fiji Broadcasting Corporation in Suva this week.

Sogavare said the National Coalition for Change (DCC) Government is looking at developing the media in the Solomon Islands.

The Prime Minister was particularly interested in the establishment of FBC TV in Solomon Islands.

Prime Minister Sogavare is in Fiji attending the Third  PacificIslands Development Forum meeting in Suva.
