RSIPF TO TIGHTEN SECURITY FOR WWII ANNIVERSARY
The Royal Solomon Islands Police will provide tight security for the commemoration of the Second World War Anniversary tomorrow at Skyline.
The event is expected to bring together a number of dignitaries both local and abroad.
Acting Police Commissioner Juanita Matanga says Police will ensure the celebration of this prestigious event is successful.
“We know this occasion is a very important event where we too need to support those who are commemorating this program because of the sacrifice offered by those people during the World War two for the cause of free society and now we are enjoying this democracy in our society. Therefore we Solomon Islanders must also support that.”
