Solomon Outreach Society (SOS) in New Zealand has donated school furniture for Divit Rural Training Centre and Visale Primary School in West Guadalcanal.

The Outreach Society was established by a former Catholic Father Peter Hudleby from New Zealand who served in the Solomon Islands in the 1950s.

The donation includes, Chairs, tables, toys and clothes for Diviti Rural Training Centre, Visale Primary Schools and Catholic Sisters in Visale parish.

SOS representative, Kira Hundleby told SIBC News, the Charitable organisation aims to deliver aid items for communities in Solomon Islands.

“We came on behalf to follow the container to deliver aid items to the different communities in the Solomon Islands and Guadalcanal.”
