SCHOOL LEADERSHIP TRAINING ENDED IN AUKI, MALAITA

The Malaita School Leaders Leadership and Management Training has ended successfully in Auki, Malaita Province.

The training bought together School Heads and Early Childhood Education (ECE) Supervisors from Schools in the Eastern, Central and Northern Regions of Malaita Province.

It offers modules on School Leadership and Managing Professional Development.

The Malaita Education Authority Principal Education Officer (PEO) for Northern Region Alfred Liata says the training builds manpower resources in terms of leadership and management for Malaita province.

Meanwhile, Dr. Jack Maebuta from the University of the South Pacific Honiara Campus has urged teachers to be committed and learn the most from these modules.

The training was facilitated by lecturers from the University of the South Pacific (USP) and Solomon Islands National University (SINU).
