STUDENTS UNHAPPY OVER AIRFARE DECISION

A group of disgruntled continuing Fiji School of Medicine (FSM) students have expressed disagreements over the issue of meeting their own airfares to Fiji.

The students were supposed to travel back to Fiji early this year to sit for their supplementary examinations.

Reports reaching SIBC News said the Director of the National Training Unit (NTU) has instructed the students to pay for their own airfares as funds are not available.

The NTU Director refused to comment when SIBC News tried to get his comments.
