With the influx of patients at their outpatient department, Taro Hospital is currently monitoring and rationing the drugs they have available.

Marcel Weape, the Supervising Nurse in Charge at the hospital, stated in an interview with SIBC News that their pharmacy department is currently monitoring the situation to ensure their healthcare services can cater for all patients.

Nurse Weape mentioned that the availability of human resources is one of their challenges during the current election period. 

He said they are working with the authorities to set up the outpatient department and are on standby for any emergencies. 

He advised people to be mindful of their health during this time, as diseases such as flu can spread quickly from large gatherings.
