The second Court of Appeal sitting for this year will commence Monday next week.

According to the High Court list, eight criminal and eight civil cases will be heard.

The High Court confirmed the Court of Appeal judges should all arrive into the country this weekend.

Meanwhile, the High Court will deliver the verdict for three men accused of the brutal murder of a young diplomat Tuesday next week.

The three accused are Cecil Manu, Simon Peter Delemani, and Peter Diau.

Earlier they stood trial for allegedly stabbing the late Simon Fuo’o with knives and hooks outside the Central market resulting in his death.

The fourth accused who was a juvenile at the time of the alleged offending is currently serving a sentence of nine years imprisonment
after admitting to his murder charge.
