West Rennell Resource Owners Task Force has called on West Rennell Resource Owners to cooperate with them.

West Rennell Landowners Task force Chairman, Dicta Maitaki said West Rennell Resource Owners should consider this as it is a form of development for Renbel Province.

“I wish to call upon the Chairman of the so called West Rennell Resource Owners Association to stop confusing our people but to come forward and work with us for the betterment and future of our people.”

SIBC News understands this call came after claims that the Asian Pacific Investment and Development, APID, mining company is ready to launch its ground breaking ceremony on West Rennell Island, Renbel Province today.
