MORE NOMINATIONS ENCOURAGED FOR SERVICE DELIVERY

The Solomon Islands Chamber of Commerce and Industry, SICCI, is encouraging business houses, including non-members to nominate another company for an Excellence in Service Delivery Award.
A statement from the Chamber said the Excellence in Service Delivery award recognises organisations that deliver outstanding customer service.
It adds, organisations competing for this award will be given the opportunity to demonstrate how they have developed key areas of Organisational Culture, Leadership & Strategy, Customer Relationship Management, Human Resource Management, and Performance Results to achieve success in customer service.
SIBC News understands, this award is available among eight others to be presented at the 2014 Solomon Islands Business Excellence Awards gala night on 30th August 2014.
