The National Parliament is organising a three-day workshop for journalists to equip them with better understanding of the parliamentary processes and procedures.

Director of Media in the National Parliament, Joy Angi says the workshop will help journalists to improve their understanding of how to report what is happening in Parliament factually and neutrally.

She says it is important for journalists who cover Parliament meetings to know what to look for, how to write and how to analyse situations so readers and listeners understand the nature of parliamentary debates.

The Parliament media training workshop will be held early next month.
