P.N.G’s NATIONAL U-23 ARRIVES IN HONIARA TOMORROW

In Sports, Papua New Guinea’s National under 23 team will arrive in Honiara tomorrow.

Media Officer of the Solomon Islands Football Federation, Joseph Boso confirmed to Tok Sports the visiting team will be here to play two friendly matches against Solympics Solomon Islands under 23 this week.

He says the visiting team will play its first match on Thursday followed by its final one on Sunday.

“They will play the first game on Thursday 26th, that’s at 4 pm at Lawson Tama and the second game will be on Sunday 29th March at 3 pm also at Lawson Tama.”

Mr Boso adds the PNG team will be led by former All Whites Coach Ricky Herbert adding it will be an exciting encounter.
