SIBC SIGNED UP WITH PCYC ON FISHING COMPETITION

The Solomon Islands Broadcasting Cooperation (SIBC) has signed a partnership agreement with the Point Cruz Yacht Club (PCYC) to organise the ‘2015 Fishing Completion’.

The agreement will see the National Broadcaster providing new directions to build a strong relationship between PCYC fishing competitors and their sponsors.

Speaking to SIBC News, Member of the Organising Committee, Francis Waleilia said, the agreement will assist PCYC disseminate relevant information about the competition.

“The agreement we have in place now is giving is some spots in one day so you can talk about the finishing competition, who is helping you in terms of sponsorship and where some of the sponsors would like to advertise their products, they will do that at the allocated time as agreed to under the agreement.”

The fishing competition begins on the 18th of this month.
