The Honiara Table Tennis Double Open Competition was successfully completed over the weekend at the Multi-Purpose Hall.

A report from the Honiara Table tennis confirms, a total of seven (7) teams registered in the five days event.

Mr. Polin Yang and Salvin Cypress won the double open competition.

The competition was organized to identify potential athletes who will represent Honiara Team in the upcoming Solomon Games in July this year.

Meanwhile, the single open competition will be held at the same venue in the coming weekend.

The organizing team encourages more females to register and compete as only one female team is registered in the doubles event last weekend.
