Properties belonging to Fataleka MP Steve Abana that were seized by the High Court will be put on public auction at the end of this month.

Pacnews reports this comes after Mr Abana failed to fulfill a High Court order for him to pay a sum of 5-hundred and forty thousand dollars, excluding other costs.

The Sheriff, with the support of the claimant, seized two fresh water tanker vehicles and a Massey Ferguson tractor that belong to the Fataleka MP early last month.

This was in relation to a legal suit filed by Silas Fakani against the MP Abana last year to reclaim money allegedly extorted by the MP from an international airport maintenance contract he was awarded.
