GROUP HELD ITS FIRST PUBLIC FORUM SUCCESSFULLY IN NORTH MALAITA

A recently formed Citizen group in North Malaita Constituency, People’s Power Group has successfully held its first public forum on Sunday.

The forum was organised by communities leaders in the constituency, to enable eligible voters of the constituency to choose their next Member of Parliament.

SIBC News stringer, John Kiri reports.

“A people’s power meeting held last Sunday at the Foloi People’s Center in ward seven of the North Malaita Constituency. This was the first of its kind to be held to bring voters together to talk with their intending candidates and decide whom they would vote for to represent them in Parliament for the next four years.”
