HCC WELCOMES PUBLIC COMPLAINTS

Honiara City Council (HCC) has called on all city dwellers to actively submit their complaints about HCC’s poor service delivery to its Law Enforcement Division.

A recent HCC statement says this is crucial to enable the City Council improve its service delivery to the people it must serve.

It urges the public to use the complaint or suggestion box placed on the balcony of its communications office.
