The Ministry of Infrastructure and Development will revise a three year plan extracted from the 2011-2025 National Transport Plan.

Under Secretary Technical Jimmy Nuake made the statement during the Ministry’s Public Accounts hearing on the National Transport Fund Audit report on Thursday.

Mr Nuake told the Committee, the Ministry is revising a three year rolling plan to identify key areas of completion under its action plan.

“A three year rolling plan extracted from this National Transport Plan and so the last three year action plan was supposed to end this year so what needs to be done is we will update the three year rolling plan to see which ones were completed and which ones not then we will revise that, so we are in the process now of updating the three year action plan, but we are still within the overall plan, which is up to 2020 plan.”

The Under Secretary Technical adds the National Transport Plan will provide funds to develop Infrastructure in the country.
