MALAITA PROVINCE BEGINS ASSEMBLY MEETING TOMORROW
Malaita Provincial Government begins its Assembly meeting tomorrow.
The meeting is to deliberate on the Provincial Assembly’s budget.

“The Malaita Provincial Government will hold its assembly meeting Thursday this week according to Premier Peter Chanel Ramohia. Premier Ramohia confirmed this in an interview with SIBC News on Sunday. Meanwhile, Malaita’s Provincial Secretary Patrick Taloboe said since last week the Public Accounts Committee has met and the Executive will also meet to finalise the 2015-2016 budget before the assembly meeting starts on Thursday.”
Meanwhile, the Makira Ulawa Provincial Assembly has started its budget meeting this afternoon.
Provincial Secretary of the Makira Ulawa Provincial Assembly, Silas Sitai confirms, the budget meeting proper will start this Friday.
