In Sports, 19 Sports Federation are yet to announce their final squad for the upcoming Pacific Games in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea in July this year.

Administrator of the National Olympic Committee of Solomon Islands Francis Manioru confirmed to SIBC Sports, only three federations have announced their final squad so far.

He says the federations are Karate, Women’s Basket Ball and Triathlon.

Mr Manioru adds 31st March is the deadline for all federations to announce their final squad.

SIBC Sports understands 22 federations have shown interest to take part in the upcoming South Pacific Games.
