R.S.I.P.F EMBARKS ON FAMILY VIOLENCE AWARENESS IN COMMUNITIES
The Royal Solomon Islands Police Force (RSIPF) is embarking on an awareness program on Family Violence to all communities in the country.
The Sunday awareness is to assist communities know more about the increasing rate of family violence and how to deal with it.
Director of Community Policing, Solomon Sisimia said community policing officers are currently conducting the awareness in communities throughout the country.
Meanwhile, National Family Violence Coordinator Daisy Kariamae said a total of 85 family violence cases has been reported to police for the months of January and February this year.
