Robertson Galokale lost petition case

Former Member of Parliament for South Choiseul and leader of the Parliamentary Independent group, Hon Robertson Galokale has lost his petition case yesterday.

High Court Registry Office confirms, saying Galokale’s case is among other two petition cases allowed by the High Court.

These two are cases against the Central Honiara MP John Moffat Fugui and Northeast Guadalcanal MP Jamie Vokia.

Meanwhile, the High Court dismisses the petition case against the Member of Parliament for Central Guadalcanal Hon Peter Shannel Angovaka.

Currently, there are two petition cases pending judgement.

These are those against the Member of Parliament for West Guadalcanal Hon Anthony Veke and Member of Parliament for West Are’are Hon John Maneniaru.
