ROC NAVY TO ASSIST NDMO AND HOSPITAL NEXT WEEK

The Republic of China, Taiwan Navy Squadron will assist the National Disaster Management Office, NDMO, and the National Referral Hospital next week.

A statement from ROC Embassy in Honiara has confirms this today.

The statement says on Monday the Taiwan Navy Squadron will donate 50 tons of rice to the NDMO during a handover ceremony at NDMO Ranadi Warehouse.

Following that ceremony, the Taiwan Goodwill team will also donate hospital beds to the National Referral Hospital during a handing over ceremony at Taiwan Health Center.

SIBC News understands the Taiwan Goodwill Squadron which arrives Sunday Morning, leaves next Tuesday.
