S.I.E.A ANNOUNCED DECISION TO ENGAGE NEW GRADUATE ENGINEERS
Solomon Islands Electricity Authority (SIEA) has announced its decision to engage newly graduate engineers from suitable institutions for its two year Graduate Training Program.
A statement from SIEA this week says the training will cover students attachments to the various engineering operations of the company including its provincial operation, Occupational Health and Safety, Customer Services and Capital Works Projects.
The aim of the training is to provide graduate engineers the opportunities to experience the company’s work environments and to gain work experience to enable them to pursue future careers.
This will also provide SIEA with an opportunity to mentor and observe the participants interest, capabilities and their potentials for purpose of its future manpower requirements.
The closing date for all applications is at the end of this month.
