Solomon Islands confirm visit by Saudi Tourism Minister
The Solomon Islands Government through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade today formally announced the visit to Honiara by His Excellency Ahmed Agil AlKhateeb, the Minister of Tourism of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Chairman of the Saudi Fund for Development on17 July 2022.

This will be the first visit by a high ranking Saudi representative to Solomon Islands, and signifies a milestone in the bilateral relations between the two countries.
During the visit, the Saudi Head of Delegation will hold meetings with his counter-part the Supervising Minister for Culture and Tourism, representatives of the Business Investment Sector with a courtesy call on the Prime Minister, Hon. Manasseh D. Sogavare.
