AUSTRALIA PARTNERS WITH LOCAL NGO TO GROW SEEDLINGS

Australia has partnered with local Non Government Organisations, NGOs, Solo Enviro Beautification, SEB, to grow 214- Thousand vegetable seedlings for distribution to farmers affected by the recent floods and heavy rains.

Australia in Solomons social network reports, the project will provide practical training for SEB’s 45 trainee horticulturalists and 5 full time jobs for female graduates.

It adds, Australian volunteer is also helping out SEB with their training program and business operations.
