CATECHIST TRAINING AT AVU’AVU

Catechists from 20 local churches recently completed a successful three day Post-training at the Roman Catholic Avu’avu Parish, South-East Guadalcanal.

SIBC stringer Nathaniel Manu says the training was to equip the catechists of their local church roles.

Mr Manu says the training proved favourable to the Catechists.

Meanwhile, a new Head Catechist has been elected for Avu’avu Parish.

Kalisto Fitu was elected during the Catechist training.
