The Special Secretary to Prime Minister Andrew Muaki says he is yet to lodge his appeal with the Leadership Code Commission against his sexual harassment charges.

Mr. Muaki told SIBC News today his lawyers are currently working on the appeal.

He clarifies, there is no time frame clearly stated in the LCC Act regarding an appeal.

The Leadership Code Commission on May 18th this year substantiated sexual harassment allegations against Mr. Muaki and ordered him to pay a fine of one thousand dollars.

The allegations were made by two of the SSPM’s female colleagues in the Prime Minister’s Office.
