POLICE MADE BURGLARY ARRESTS

The Royal Solomon Islands Police Force (RSIPF) has made several arrests in relation to burglaries during the week.
Police Commissioner Frank Prendergast made the announcement during his media conference yesterday.
Commissioner Prendergast said, police have arrested the main suspects of recent burglaries in Honiara and Guadalcanal province.
Meanwhile, the Police Commissioner thanked the communities for their support leading up to these arrests.
“I’d like to take the opportunity to thank the community for the significant support we received both from the communities in Honiara and Guadalcanal in respect of our recent and ongoing operation in relation to the burglaries in Honiara. I can advise that we’ve arrested the main suspects that we believe were behind many of those recent burglaries.”
