RENBEL PEOPLE APPRECIATED PEOPLE’s SUPPORT

Affected people of Bellona Island in Rennell and Bellona Province have appreciated various groups and individuals who assisted them with food and water supplies.

Mr. Barnabas Suainiu says victims from Bellona Island appreciate the assistance.

Mr Suainiu adds the assistance has tremendously addressed the needs of the affected people.

“I just want to acknowledge the people who have donated water and food supplies. Now at the moment the supplies have arrived and I believe it will be enough to cater for children especially, for a few weeks until there is further assistance from the National Disaster Council.”
