Solomon Warriors has claimed the $100,000 grand prizes having defeated Western United in the final showdown of the Super Eight Telekom S-League Championship this afternoon.
Many Hundreds of people flocked in to watch the tough all time rivals grand final this afternoon at Lawson Tama Stadium.
The match ended with a two – one scoreline victory for Solomon Warriors.
The country’s O-League representative, Western United could only deliver one goal.
As the final whistle sounded, Solomon Warrior fanatics exploded into peaceful celebration.
Western United receives $80,000 as the tournament’s runner-up.
